Standard Delivery

UK: £1.75 — or FREE when you spend £15 (go on, treat yourself)

 

Rest of the World: Please checkout to see if we ship to your country and individual costs (Please note we do not ship to the USA)

All orders are sent via trusty old Royal Mail – dependable and fond of stickers.

 

Processing Time

We don’t mess about — your order will be packed and dispatched within 1 working day (unless the cat knocks over the sticker drawer, again).

Shipped via Royal Mail, because we like our post with a side of tradition.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

UK: 2–3 business days (Express & Next Day options at checkout if you're in a hurry) Note: Next day still requires 24 hours for order processing, weekends not included.

Europe: 5–10 business days

Australia, New Zealand : 1–2 weeks

 

We do our absolute best to stick to these times, but postal systems can be a mysterious force. Delivery speeds may vary depending on your local post and delivery method selected.

 

🛃 Customs & Import Taxes

If you're ordering from outside the UK, you might be charged customs or import fees — this is out of my glitter-covered hands. Buyers are responsible for any charges that may apply.

 

Also not my fault: overly enthusiastic customs officers or slow border dragons.

(unless they arrive damaged — I'm not a monster)

 

📬 Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage. If the item comes back looking like it’s been through a paper shredder, you'll be responsible for any loss in value.

 

Basically: send it back in the same condition it arrived and we’re golden.
